Then, through a consultative process that includes, where applicable, user profiles, task scenarios and content inventories, we will develop a content site map, wireframes, and in some cases controlled vocabularies to be used as tools to help you make decisions about what content your website should include and how it ought to be structured. As a part of our process we will help you develop a content development plan to be used as a reference to develop new content for the website, and if applicable, a calendar for developing ongoing content once the site is launched. Throughout this process, we keep in mind the resources you have in-house to maintain the website, to ensure that the goals for content development set out in this process will be achievable.
