Since 2005 the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts has regularly called on Raised Eyebrow’s expertise to design and maintain our website, advise on SEO, and email marketing. We have always been well-supported throughout any of our projects, from the initial meetings to the post-launch period. Chan Centre for the Performing Arts
Raised Eyebrow has worked with the Chan Centre since 2005 to help them present their season and venue online. Because the centre's facilities are both home to the Chan's own presentation series and available for rental by outside presenters, the goals for the website are twofold: to display event information (including videos, when available, and access to ticket purchasing), and to share booking info with prospective renters. Using Drupal as the CMS platform, we developed a customized presentation layer for the event calendar that allows visitors to browse events in a flexible, user-friendly manner, and that allows the Chan's staff to easily add and edit information as needed.
Through our long-term relationship and with the Chan Centre we’ve overseen their move towards blogging, assisted with the development of their email newsletter tools and helped advise them on how to make best use of their resources to have an impact online.
