Browser Version and Settings

When a client comes to me with a website issue, a question I've learned to ask well before approaching the development team is "What browser are you using, what version do you have and what settings are configured". We need that information to try and recreate the issue before we can even begin to troubleshoot it.

3 Month Check-ups for Your Website

We've recently started implementing 3 month follow-up meetings post a site/app/project launch with our clients as a formal part of our process (meaning it actually goes on the task list then turns into a meeting). I'm writing this post at a coffee shop, just a few minutes after completing one such review and reflecting on why we didn't implement this formally much sooner.

Why Working With Multiple Stakeholders Is Awesome

Last month I flew to DC to present at HOW Interactive on the topic of Enagaging Multiple Stakeholders in an Interactive Design Project. I had a great time presenting in Washington and in particular enjoyed the feedback and questions from the attendees. The topic is one that is near and dear to our hearts here at Raised Eyebrow, working as we do most of the time with non-profit organizations, which means also working with multiple stakeholders.

We're hiring: Web Project Manager

We're excited to announce that Raised Eyebrow has an opening for a Project Manager. If you're a seasoned PM looking to join a friendly team of creative and technical experts working in a beautiful Gastown studio, with clients who are making the world a better place, look no further.

Full details are posted on our Jobs page. Please help us spread the word!

DrupalCon Sessions to help you manage your business

DrupalCon San Francisco 2010 is just around the corner and Raised Eyebrow hopes to "own the podium", sorry I couldn't resist. Chris and I have been to 2 Drupalcon's so far in our Drupal lifetime, and have decided it is time to give something back. We've come up with 2 Session Proposals that are overviews about how we used Drupal to create two killer applications for managing a small Web Business.
